Corporate Accountant (1732)
As a Corporate Accountant, you will ensure that all assigned accounting records and internal reports are prepared and maintained in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Company policies, and procedures.
In This Role You Will
- Maintain control procedures to ensure compliance with GAAP and Company policies.
- Assist in the completion of general ledger accounts and related internal reports.
- Assist in the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes and review of financial statements.
- Evaluate and improve internal accounting processes, ensuring that processes align with Company policy.
- Participate with Corporate management in annual budgeting.
What You Bring To The Table
- Minimum of 5 years experience required: Progressive professional accounting experience with costing, budget, and tax responsibilities
- 4 year degree required in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or Business Administration
- Knowledge of GAAP
- Strong mathematical skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
