After leaving public accounting in 1976, Steve started recruiting in a large St. Louis accounting and financial placement firm. He rose through the ranks and became general manager until 1990 when he formed Burchard & Associates, Inc.

Ronda Burchard is the General Manager of Burchard & Associates, Inc. She also began her career in public accounting. After leaving public accounting, she became controller for a privately held company in St. Louis until 1995, when she became involved in the accounting and financial placement business with Burchard & Associates.

Emily Wieman is an Executive Recruiter for Burchard & Associates, Inc. After graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Illinois-Champaign, she began her career in Advertising and Marketing. Three years later, she was recruited to be the Director of Campus Recruitment for a large St. Louis financial firm. Emily joined the Burchard & Associates’ team in 2007. Outside of the office, she spends her time with her husband and two young daughters.
